What this policy covers

This page explains what we collect when you use betterprompted.com, submit one of our forms, or text us — and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact information you give us: name, phone number, email, business name, website, ZIP.
• Message content you send us: the body of your SMS, your form entries, anything you share in conversation.
• Usage data: pages visited, ad variants viewed, general device and browser data, approximate IP-derived location.
• Ad context we generate for you: the custom ad draft, video render, and automation plan we built from the information above.

How we use it

• To draft, render, and deliver the ad and automation plan you asked for.
• To follow up — by text or email — about that plan and schedule a real-person conversation.
• To improve the tool (anonymized and aggregated — never identifiable data used for product analytics).
• To comply with the law and enforce our terms.

SMS messaging — how it works

When you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you’re agreeing to receive text messages from Better Prompted about your ad, your automation plan, and scheduling follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

How we handle your data

Behind the scenes, we run the platform on trusted cloud infrastructure and use a small number of AI models to analyze your site, draft your ad, render your video, deliver SMS and email you opt into, and keep your contact record up to date. Every provider we use processes your data strictly to deliver the services we’ve built on top of them. None of them re-use your contact information for their own marketing, and none of them are permitted to share or sell it.

Cookies and tracking

We use the bare minimum: a session cookie for logged-in areas of the product, and a sessionStorage entry that carries your analyzer results from the intake page to the results page. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or session replay tools on betterprompted.com.

Your choices

• Ask us what we have on you and we’ll tell you — email [email protected].
• Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we’re required to keep it by law.
• Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
• Opt out of email at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email we send you.

Children’s privacy

Better Prompted is a B2B product for business owners. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will also be surfaced in a banner on the site the first time you visit after the change.
